Christina K Chapman, M.Ed.

Christina K Chapman, M.Ed., is a psychology and education professional with a strong background in counseling, academic support, and student development. She holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah.

Christina has served in a variety of student-centered roles, including Academic Initiatives Strategist at Western Governors University, where she leads programs that enhance learning and retention outcomes for over 190,000+ students. Her previous experience as a Career Counselor and University Instructor at Weber State University focused on psychometric assessment, evidence-based career development, and equity in education. Christina has spent time working in Population Science Research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and has volunteered for many organizations.

She values underserved populations and humanitarian work. Her work is influenced by positive psychology and prosocial behaviors.

Licensed as a School Counselor and Social Service Worker in Utah, Christina integrates counseling theory, evidence-based research, and instructional design to support student success and mental well-being in both academic and co-curricular settings.
